Puzzle pieces are digital collectibles for entertainment and marketplace participation. Prices may increase, decrease, or become illiquid. Any displayed price index, chart, estimate, or projected monthly increase is informational only and is not a promise of profit, liquidity, or future value.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions to buy, sell, list, bid, accept offers, withdraw funds, upload content, and set resale prices. You should only spend amounts you can afford to lose.
Listings, offers, and auctions
Sellers choose listing prices and may accept or reject offers where the platform allows it. Puzzle Market may remove, pause, or reject listings that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the marketplace.
Fees, payouts, and delays
Platform fees, payment processor fees, currency conversion, bank delays, card network rules, verification checks, chargebacks, refunds, and payout provider limits may affect the final amount or timing of payments and withdrawals.
Manual card payouts
Where automated payouts are not available, Puzzle Market may review withdrawal requests manually. Users should enter only safe confirmation details, such as recipient name, card rail, last four digits, and contact method. Do not submit full card numbers, expiration dates, CVV codes, passwords, one-time passcodes, or banking login credentials. Submitting payout details does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject, delay, or request additional verification before payment.
Content and brand rights
If you upload a puzzle image, brand name, category, logo, celebrity image, artwork, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use it. You are responsible for copyright, trademark, publicity-right, and other third-party claims related to your uploads.
Ownership certificates
After a successful purchase or accepted auction offer, Puzzle Market may send the buyer a signed ownership certificate by email. The certificate is valid for current ownership only while the same buyer remains the current owner in Puzzle Market records. If the piece is resold, older certificates remain purchase history but no longer verify current ownership.
Account safety
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, email account, wallet access, and payout details secure. Puzzle Market is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, shared passwords, incorrect payout details, or user error.
Privacy and data
We use account, wallet, transaction, support, payout, and security data to operate the marketplace, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, and meet provider or legal obligations. Public pages should use usernames and marketplace data rather than private emails or payment details.
Service availability
We work to keep the service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, blockchain/card/bank/payment network issues, database incidents, legal requests, or security events may interrupt features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Puzzle Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the marketplace, price changes, user listings, payment delays, third-party providers, or content uploaded by users.
Agreement updates
We may update these terms as the marketplace grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
