Puzzle Market Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-06-18. This policy explains how Puzzle Market handles account, marketplace, wallet, support, payout, and security data for the digital collectible marketplace.

Short Privacy Promise

Public marketplace pages should use usernames and marketplace activity. Private emails, payout details, support conversations, and internal account data should stay protected behind authenticated account access.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email, username, authentication status, subscription status, wallet ledger records, puzzle ownership records, listing and auction activity, support messages, withdrawal request details, and technical security information needed to operate the service.

Payment and payout providers

Payments, subscriptions, card checks, bank payouts, and related identity or compliance checks may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and approved payout partners. Puzzle Market should not collect full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, or one-time passcodes inside manual payout forms.

How we use data

We use data to create accounts, keep users signed in, show balances and ownership, process purchases and auctions, send ownership certificates and account emails, provide support, detect abuse, protect the marketplace, satisfy provider requirements, and improve reliability.

Public marketplace data

Public areas should show usernames, puzzle titles, categories, prices, listings, auction status, rankings, and marketplace activity. Private emails, payout details, and internal support messages should not be shown on public pages.

Security

We use access-controlled APIs, server-side service credentials, signed ownership codes, provider authentication, and row-level access rules where available. Users must protect their own email account, password, devices, wallet access, and payout details.

Retention

We may keep account, transaction, ownership, certificate, support, payout, and audit records as long as needed for marketplace operation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, security, provider obligations, and legal requirements.

User choices

Users may update profile details in the profile page, contact support about account or data questions, and stop using the service if they do not agree with these terms. Some transaction, ownership, payout, and audit records may need to be retained after account changes.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the marketplace, providers, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
