It is void where prohibited or where a purchase-linked points contest requires registration, bonding, approval, special disclosures, or other steps that have not been completed.

Participants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Puzzle Market account, reside in an eligible jurisdiction, and comply with these rules. Puzzle Market employees, contractors directly involved in the promotion, and their immediate household members are not eligible. Identity, age, residence, and account ownership may be verified before a prize is awarded.

The New Year Entry Pass costs $7 and provides six months of marketplace, resale, and auction access. It is charged immediately, has no complimentary period, and renews automatically for $7 every six months until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively cancel an already completed purchase or an otherwise valid entry.

• Wave 1: qualifying entry by August 31, 2026 receives 21 subscription points. Each qualified referral in that wave receives the same wave-multiplied point amount.
• Wave 2: qualifying entry by October 15, 2026 receives 14 subscription points. Each qualified referral in that wave receives the same wave-multiplied point amount.
• Wave 3: qualifying entry by November 30, 2026 receives 7 subscription points. Each qualified referral in that wave receives the same wave-multiplied point amount.

Deadlines close at 23:59:59 UTC on the date shown. A successful payment and active Entry Pass are required before the applicable deadline.

Official Puzzle Market purchases earn 1 contest point for each $1 spent, regardless of wave. Only purchases from official Puzzle Market inventory or Puzzle Market Vault listings count. Collector resale purchases, self-purchases, auction manipulation, transfers, gifts, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and cancelled payments do not count and may remove related points.

The New Year points contest awards are scheduled for 2026-12-25. Its prize pool is:

• 7 x iPhone 17 Pro Max
• 7 x AirPods Pro
• 7 x $100 puzzle credit
• 7 x $10 puzzle credit
• 70 x $1 puzzle credit

Eligible New Year Points Contest participants also receive eligibility for the BMW X-7 Mega Promotion scheduled for 2027-07-07. BMW promotion rules, ranking or selection conditions, prize specification, delivery territory, and any cash alternative will be published before the BMW promotion begins. No BMW winner will be confirmed before those BMW promotion rules are published.

New Year winners will be selected from verified eligible participants by contest points ranking, not by random chance. The highest verified point totals receive the New Year prize pool, subject to fraud review, eligibility checks, and final prize allocation. If two participants have the same point total, Puzzle Market may use the earliest verified qualifying activity time as the tie-breaker. Puzzle Market may require eligibility documents before confirming a winner.

Potential winners will be contacted through the verified email associated with their Puzzle Market account. They must respond within the period stated in the notification and complete verification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or inability to accept a prize may result in selection of an alternate winner. Taxes, customs duties, registration, insurance, and other recipient costs are the winner's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Multiple accounts, automated referrals, payment abuse, collusion, or manipulation may lead to disqualification. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. A winner's name, image, or testimonial will be used for publicity only with any consent required by applicable law.

Puzzle Market may make changes only when reasonably necessary for legality, security, fairness, or events outside its control, and will publish material updates. Apple, AirPods, iPhone, BMW, and their owners do not sponsor or administer this promotion. These rules do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Governing law and dispute provisions must be finalized for every approved participant jurisdiction before the promotion opens.
